Synchronous Indexing Tables and Conveyors

A major area of the expertise of Puritan has been the design and build of indexing dial table systems. The advantage of quick part transfer, compact design, and high-speed throughput are all benefits of an indexing dial table. We offer fully automatic operation including loading, processing, inspection, identification, sorting and pack-out. Tables can be fed by standard robots and/or custom pick-and-place systems. They also can incorporate on-the-fly heat forming, leak testing, marking, and assembly. Most fully automated systems will insure parts compliance, orientation or location through the incorporation of Poke Yoke techniques.
