Personal Water Craft (PWC) Throttle Cable - Manual Assembly Line

This five-station manual assembly line included operations to the following operations:

Station #1: Staked cable adjuster to out cable housing

Station #2: Feed and lubricate an inner cable into an outer cable housing

Station #3: Crimp a nipple to the end of an inner stranded cable and trim cable length

Station #4: Measured length of final assembly under predetermined axial load

Station #5: Sonic Weld plastic cover to cable end-housing
