Electronic Assembly Test Systems

This multi-PCBA Test System includes six-up bed of nails tooling in Delrin with board securing clamps and Pogo pin connection to the pads on the PCBA.

The fixture was designed for use in a climatic chamber and includes a dust hood and ambilical cord to a remote test computer and associated hardware.

Puritan has developed and built many static and dynamic component test systems. An array of transducers and signal conditioning can be incorporated to include wire color recognition, and visual indicator performance (including LEDs and dashboard meter operation).
